This is a letter of praise for your property and employees in
Scottsdale.

We always plan a "getaway" for each of our birthdays
every year. This year we decided to stay in the Phoenix area for my wife's birthday and initially ended up at a "boutique" hotel in Old Town Scottsdale.

We decided after two nights that it wasn't really worth it.

We ended up coming to the Marriott at McDowell Mountains. What a pleasant surprise! What a value! The hotel facilities and room were immaculate. We were greeted by every employee in a cheerful and professional manner. We had reserved a room online that morning for only one night, but after checking in we decided to stay another day. The room was so, well, "roomy", and just perfect for a relaxing stay.

Both my wife and I commented on the staff as being obviously well-trained in the hospitality business. I assume this reflects on you and other members of your management team.

Thank you for "rescuing" our getaway. Please pass along our gratitude to the hotel staff. We will definitely recommend this Marriott property to our friends, and we hope to stay with you again soon.
