I had such a wonderful stay at your hotel. My friends and I come to Arizona for the sun and golf every few months. I wanted to drop this note in the mail before leaving to tell you how impressed we were with your friendly staff.

A person who really stood out to us was your concierge Felice. She made great suggestions on places to golf and great restaurants to eat. She told us that she was from Chicago and hadn’t lived in Arizona very long, you would never know it. She was funny and a real delight. The guys and I loved her. We thought it would be nice to pass along our feelings. Keep up the great work and let Felice know she has “6” new fans.
