This was our 6th annual Global Sales Meeting and the hotel and the exceptional staff at the hotel made this meeting the best meeting we have had. And this comment was expressed by many of our 125 guests. One comment made . . .from an individual that usually complains about something during the meeting was " I can't even find anything to complain about". The staff was exceptional, the food was exceptional and the staff was over the top professional and just excellent service from our event rep to the individuals setting up.
Again, exceptional service. Jamie and Traci were there when ever I called and always guided me with what they felt was best many times taking me in a different direction than what I thought best. But they know the hotel and the staff and what works and it was perfect. If we do return to Scottsdale, which we will, no question I will be calling Traci and Jami.
This is hotel is the best I have ever worked with. Every single person on staff did an excellent job.
One issue was a lunch, we had out on the terrace and one line for the buffet, we saw it and talked to staff and the issue was resolved right away and this issue did not come up again during our event. Not one of our guests even noticed!
