Dear Sir or Madam:
On November 22nd I spent the night at the Scottsdale Marriott and had a lovely stay. The hotel and setting were beautiful. I especially liked the comfortable bed and mattress. However, the highlight of my stay and the reason I am writing this letter was my breakfast.
I asked the waitress, Laura, if I could have grilled salmon and some type of vegetables for breakfast. I have high cholesterol and am trying to avoid taking the cholesterol lowering medication my doctor recommends by lowering my cholesterol with healthy food and other lifestyle changes. I was delighted that Laura was able to accommodate my request. She brought me a delicious breakfast of salmon and mixed vegetables. Later in talking with Laura’s manager, Frank Aguilera, I was impressed to discover that he had prepared my breakfast himself.
Both Frank Aguilera and Laura went out of their way for me. They were helpful, professional, friendly and made my stay at the Marriott memorable. I thank you and my doctor thanks you.
