It was very nice to see you at the MTG event on our first night. I knew we were in good hands when I saw you come in and personally check how everything was going even though it was late in the evening on a Friday night. It made mw feel like you truly cared that we had a successful event. I want to say thankyou to you and your staff for all the hard work. Our event was a huge success and I had nothing but positive comments. We did not have one complaint, not one about anything! Imagine 125 different people from different walks of life completely satisfied. How is that even possible ? I can only say WOW !!!... that is hard to beat. You guys made me look so good for choosing your hotel. The comments I heard from people over and over I feel I have to pass on to you. The check in process was fast and efficient. The people at the front desk extremely professional, responsive, gracious and accommodating. Colleen and David (the event coordinators from MTG) had nothing but praises for all the staff. They said whatever they requested it was done yesterday.
The participants loved the conference facilities as I knew they would. The food was wonderful. We never felt crowded even though there was another group in house. They loved the rooms and the hotel amenities. Personally I think the greatest asset your hotel has is the staff. I do not remember in a recent history staying at a hotel where the staff was more caring, gracious and more accommodating. Thankyou for a job well done. You truly not only met but exceeded all of our expectations.


They liked this venue so much that there is a strong consensus among the management and participants alike to come back next year. In addition You can be sure I will strongly consider your hotel for any other future events. Thanks again.
